I have read and agree to the Master Services Agreement and Website Services Order Agreement, Version 5.3, including the 12-month subscription Initial Term and $500 liquidated-damages provision. I specifically authorize Stripe to save my payment method for the recurring charges shown above and authorize OpenSite to initiate a one-time $500 off-session charge only if a cancellation I request becomes effective before the initial 12-month term ends, except for OpenSite’s uncured material breach or a written waiver. I understand I will receive an electronic invoice or receipt.
